Veolia Polymers

The Veolia branch in Vroomshoop has been active in the field of plastic recycling since 1969.
Our focus is on the development, production and sale of high-quality compounds based on recycled polypropylene (rPP)
We recycle more than 45,000 tons of polypropylene from consumer waste (such as food packaging or bottles) annually in the Netherlands.

Quality control

At Veolia Netherlands, we have the most modern analysis techniques to characterize our recyclates.
Qualitative methods, such as DSC, IR and XRF, enable us to determine the composition and trace any contamination.
The determination of the most important mechanical properties, such as stiffness, impact resistance and processing properties like melt index, is done in accordance with international test standards.

Certified quality

Because we do not rely solely on our experience, we ensure that all processes are described, that we continuously monitor them and where possible, improve them directly.
The Eucertplast certificate offers you the additional certainty that our products, and therefore your raw material, have been produced sustainably.

The high quality of the recycled resins produced is also made possible thanks to the treatment of the collected waste by Veolia Polymers sister company : AKR, also located in Vroomshoop (Netherlands).
